Our Mentoring Hearts Program brings senior elementary students together with retired seniors to talk about career paths. Students in grade 7 and 8 are at a critical juncture in planning their future.
Seniors are in a unique position to look back over a lifetime of work and share their views and suggestions with young adults, many of whom will soon need to make important decisions about career objectives and the high school courses required to reach their goals.
